These Terms of Service govern your use of Colorindart and your purchase of digital educational materials and content from it. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and Copyright & License Policy, which form part of the agreement between you and us.
1. Who we are and what we sell
Colorindart ("we", "us", "the store") is an online store for digital educational materials and content — courses, video lectures, eBooks, PDFs, study guides, question banks and similar learning resources. Everything we sell is delivered electronically: nothing is shipped, and no physical goods are supplied.
The materials are produced by their respective authors, instructors, publishers and content providers. We distribute them under license; the Copyright & License Policy explains what your purchase allows you to do with them.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You may purchase as a guest or create a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, that the email address you provide is correct — it is where your access is delivered — and that the other information you give at checkout is accurate.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page and may change at any time before an order is placed. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled and refunded.
Payment is collected at checkout by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card details. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email; delivery of your access follows according to the Delivery Policy.
4. Digital content and your license
When you buy digital content you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own study and reference. You do not acquire ownership of the content or any intellectual-property rights in it.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly screen, upload, share or sublicense purchased materials, in whole or in part, or make them available to other people — including colleagues, classmates, study groups or institutions. Breach of the license may result in revocation of access without refund and, where appropriate, legal action. See the Copyright & License Policy for full details.
5. Educational purpose only
Our materials are provided for education and professional development. They are not professional advice of any kind — medical, clinical, legal, financial or otherwise — and they do not replace formal training, accreditation, supervision or the judgement of a qualified professional. Unless a product page expressly says so, a purchase does not grant continuing-education credits, certification or any qualification.
6. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the store, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other customers' accounts, scrape the catalogue at scale, use automated tools to mass-download files, or circumvent the technical measures that protect deliveries.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse our support channels, share purchased content, or engage in fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Products are provided as described on their product pages. We take care over descriptions, formats, editions and release years, but we do not warrant that every description is free of minor errors; material errors will be corrected and affected orders remedied under the Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, examination results or professional outcomes.
8. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order; material changes will be signposted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
