Delivery Policy

1. Instant digital delivery

After your payment is confirmed, delivery is automatic: an order confirmation email containing secure download links or access instructions is sent to the address you provided at checkout, normally within a few minutes.

The same items appear in your account library, which is the reliable long-term home for your purchases — re-download any file or check formats and sizes at any time.

2. Access delivered by our team

Some materials — large course bundles or content hosted on a provider's platform — are delivered as access rather than as a direct download. In that case the order confirmation tells you how to receive it (an access link, or a message to our support channel quoting your order number), and access is granted within 24 hours of payment, usually much sooner.

3. Download links and large files

For security, emailed download links are signed and expire after a limited period. An expired link is never a lost purchase: sign in to your library and regenerate fresh links free of charge, as often as normal personal use requires.

Some video courses are large. For large downloads we recommend a stable connection and a download manager that supports resuming interrupted transfers.

4. Your email address

Your purchase is delivered to the email address you enter at checkout, so please check it carefully. If you mistyped it, contact support with your order number and the correct address and we will re-send the delivery.

5. If delivery fails

If no delivery email arrives within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder and verify the email address on the order confirmation. If the email is missing, a link is dead or files are incomplete, contact support — we re-issue delivery promptly, and the Refund Policy applies if we cannot.

6. Availability

Digital content can be purchased from anywhere, subject to local law. Where a product's publisher restricts availability in certain countries, the restriction is stated on the product page. In the rare case that we cannot deliver an order, we cancel and refund it in full.
