Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember things between pages and visits — such as the contents of your cart or the fact that you are signed in. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels; this policy covers those too.

2. Essential cookies

Essential cookies are required for the store to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include: the session cookie that keeps you signed in; the cart data that remembers items between pages; and security cookies used to protect checkout, downloads and your library. These typically expire when your session ends or within a few days.

3. Analytics cookies

With your consent where required, we use privacy-conscious analytics to measure page views, traffic sources and campaign performance (for example, which advertisement brought you to the store). This data is aggregated and used to improve the catalogue and site experience — it is not used to build individual profiles for sale.

Analytics data typically persists from 24 hours up to 13 months, depending on the specific cookie.

4. Advertising measurement

If you arrive from an advertising campaign, campaign parameters may be stored briefly so we can attribute the order correctly. Where we advertise on platforms such as Meta, their measurement pixel may set a cookie and receive limited event data (page view, add to cart, purchase) so that we can see which campaigns work; this runs only where permitted and in line with your cookie choices.

5. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings — every modern browser lets you block third-party cookies, clear stored cookies or block cookies from specific sites. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in, checkout and downloads from working.

Where a consent banner is shown, you can change your analytics and advertising choices at any time by reopening it from the footer.

6. Changes and contact

We update this list when our cookie usage changes; the date above reflects the current version. Questions about cookies and data can be sent to [email protected] — see our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled more broadly.
